Not sure if it is because of the separate GPU process but his version feels a little faster and snappier overall. And Firefox is already doing very well comparatively speaking if not faster than Chrome.

Here [1] is a good place to test all the browsers too. It's probably best to start it in safe mode to disable all addons.
