I'm learning linalg now. I've just started the first chapter of this book, and it looks pretty solid. Does anyone know a simple way to turn pages like these into an EPUB so I can read them on my Kindle?

I really like the way the author paints a picture of the subject matter before diving into the "academic" nitty gritty subject matter.
