Nothing wrong if you can’t but I have learnt that’s how you play along to deliver your best continuously.

You mean perhaps if you define "your job" and "adapting to changing circumstances" strictly through a corporate vocabulary.

One could argue that to deliver his best continuously he adapted to changing circumstances and left.
