I feel the same about meeting strangers in general. It's more fun when you are not primed with their entire comment history.
Maybe. To be honest though I've probably seen 50 different conversation starters/attendee matching apps/gadgets/gimmicks over the past couple of decades and I mostly don't even look at them any longer.
