Just awful. CA regulators just reduced the payback to solar homeowners, PG&E raised rates a lot, making electrical usage more expensive, rather than cheaper.

Of course the PUC wants us all to have giant batteries and solar panels, not exactly the ticket for people scraping by or retired.
