The /now page movement (sive.rs)

Ahh, it's finger in new clothes! Everything old is new again.

I like the idea of a /now page, but it’s not for me, at least not in public.

I do something similar with journaling; I’m constantly journaling on a single note in the Apple Notes app. I consider it a sort of short-lived RAM for my life. Todos, thoughts, goals. I delete aggressively.

I use a private Trello board for longer-lives objectives and priorities to help keep me focused on 1yr+ long objectives.

Is it a true federated twitter: - "favorite" or rss instead of "follow - quote/link like any other dynamic page on the internet instead of retweets - no timeline unless somebody wants to expose their blog this way - no replies (comments are federated too) etc

Movement? Self-aggrandizing much?

Article from 2015

first link is a page that hasn't been updated since 2015

second link is a link to a tweet?

third link was taken over by a gambling website

fourth DNS miss

Here's mine:

Joking aside… how could this be improved? I don’t like that “status” is a closed thing (set in your IM/conferencing/collab client).
