There was a second implementation from Harlequin as well as those from Apple, but sadly neither were successful. CMU also released Gwydion, which was a FOSS implementation.

The Newton project's choice to use NewtonScript, rather than Dylan, was perhaps a loss for Dylan, although NewtonScript was an interesting language (and runtime) in its own right.
