I don’t think it shows any changes on the graphs?

I must be missing something, I don't see anything in those graphs that resembles the whole country getting cut off from the rest of the Internet.

(If anything, it appears that the traffic is actually higher compared to the previous 7 days?)

As jgrahamc pointed out, it's visible on the 28 day charts, I mistakenly copied the link from a different tab than the one I was looking at, sorry!
