I am not even sure if you are trolling or not. There is not such thing as Standard Warranty or Warranty. You either specify AppleCare+. Or you have Standard Warranty of One year.

Standard on All Apple products as commonly known. And cases of extensions in EU are via Law. You are the one who have the prove yourself. And you have not done so.
