I’ve had too many managers that thought this and none of them knew the first thing about software. They weren’t very successful.

It’s a huge red flag for me if I realise someone at an organisation has this mindset.


I know right? Software development isn’t grilling burgers it’s designing the grilling system and building the entire supply chain to get it shipped to the customer that is*.
