Circumcision provides a very large protective effect. Circumcized males are 2 to 8 times less likely to contract HIV: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1127372/

You can Google for other studies - the protective effect of circumcision is significant and large.
