Editorialized title. The submitted article at best claims ‘there are scams to be found within Web 2.0’. Contemporary claims about Web3 are much stronger than that.
if we are comparing web 2.0 to the current "web3", they are completely different, poles apart.
at least web 2.0 does not lose people tons of money and was immediately useful. "web3" is based on blockchains that are slow, full of disasters and ultimately resembles a ponzi scheme with imaginary tokens.
