The idea that people are only allowed to consume approved ideas is deeply disturbing and authoritarian. If someone is publishing the wrong information, simply do fact checking. Censorship only serves to fuel greater mistrust of institutions.
When adolescents (or their parents) who legitimately get myocarditis from the vaccine are immediately deplatformed for "medical misinformation," a lot of parents are spooked into mistrust of everything they're told by authorities. The vaccine can simultaneously be both incredibly safe and carry some small risk, and people are allowed to be presented with this information and discuss it openly.
Tech platforms are not making the world a better place and the people who call for or support censorship are evil human beings.
