Do founders use crunchbase?

Access to data about which investors have funded similar companies in the past.

By quick access I meant access to data for a few weeks. It seems you have to sign up for an year at least with 1 week free in the beginning when you can cancel. I would like to know if there is another service that has a better pricing system.
