the user repo says the creator is sircmpwn, also known as drew devault, he has a hacker news account at ddevault

In case it's not clear: this tries to use the submitted password to log in to Google, FB, Twitter, GitHub, Reddit, and HN, and reject if it's re-used.

The password manager he recommends, pass, is fantastic. It's exactly what a password manager should be.
