We've gone from Office Space being everyone's nightmare, to the Cube Farm being an upgrade from the hell of Open Plan. Talk about backsliding.

I always liked the cube farm.

I had my space and some level of control of the environment, but everyone was within earshot if needed.

It's always a balance.
