I think that all data scientists can pick up the baton here. Maybe we could have a nice analysis about the evolution of Article 13 and who supported what clause. Given that elections are in May this would be valuable information. For the DS people it could be a great example of how to communicate complex ideas in a simple manner. Just a project suggestion for ones portfolio.
