To circle back on this, I found that I have a bit of bad interaction between some overrides of the CSS I did and the "htmlization" of my buffers to make the output.

Regardless, did a quick rerun with a theme that should have been a bit more compatible. Will have to see about fully fixing up the general export some time. Again, thanks for the feedback!
