The $$ CAs will soon only issue 45-day certs, because that's all that browsers will accept.

Only if you compiled your kernel with literally every module. If you compile your kernel with only the modules your system needs, there’s no such issue

which then made it difficult to upgrade your hardware.

Well yes, when you start customizing Gentoo it tends to make hardware changes more difficult. e.g. march=native makes CPU changes difficult, but it's still very common on Gentoo

I’ve seen agents produce plenty of those tests, but recently I’ve seen them generate some actually decent unit tests that I wouldn’t have thought of myself. It’s a bit of a crapshoot

In my experience, Adderall does lose effectiveness but Vyvanse is much hardier. I’ve been receiving treatment for ADHD for about 4 years. My current Vyvanse dose is marginally higher than my original Adderall dose, but I’m considering reducing it down to below my original Adderall dose.

Cognitive behavioral therapy does excel at treating ADHD! But 5 years of therapy is what, 16 times more expensive than 5 years of medication? Maybe more? Not to mention the time commitment.

But adderall and vyvanse aren’t the same drug at all. You cannot directly compare dosages. 50mg of vyvanse is roughly equivalent to 20mg of adderall. As a prodrug, Vyvanse must be processed by the liver for it to function.

Indeed. That's why I'm underscoring that my Vyvanse dosage (20mg) is only midly higher than my Adderall dose was a few years ago (15mg).

Is it necessary for there to be student amenities paid for by the school? Why should tuition pay for a bunch of ancillary nice-to-haves instead of, ya know, the education?

Because schools are in competition with one another to attract students (who have the ability to broadcast applications to multiple schools). The campus life factor is a major part of a student’s decision.

Put yourself into the student’s shoes. If you had the choice between two schools of otherwise roughly equal academic reputation but one offered luxurious residences while the other housed students like medieval monks, which would you choose?

It's not. But apparently that's what most American students demand and universities supply to satisfy the demand.

Public schools shouldn't oblige and instead offer the lower cost option. The market will then sort this issue out in a few years. Right now its public = expensive and private = absurdly expensive

No, they don't. Apple isn't involved with the transaction processing at all, the phone just acts as an EMV device to transmit the payment details to the terminal.

Do you have a reference other than an SEO-optimized slop article? I don't see how Apple could possibly charge a transaction fee for Apple Pay.

Shopify agrees with me: https://www.shopify.com/blog/apple-pay-for-business

> Apple Pay doesn’t charge your business to facilitate the payment

This site obnoxiously tries to instantly give me an "anonymised.io" pop-up, which Fennec thankfully decides to ask me whether I want to visit. Apparently they're some sort of AI-powered marketing thing, whatever that means? Surprisingly wasn't instantly blocked by uBlock Origin.

It sounds like you fall into that middle ground they were talking about.

It's almost as if depression reduces your executive function, making it more difficult to exercise each day or consistently clean your house.

And then you feel worthless for not being able to do those things, reinforcing the depression.

I agree 100% and it is an uphill battle requiring significant effort. That is where discipline is required. Exercising that discipline will bring positive results. There is nothing other than self stopping someone from cleaning instead of crying under a blanket.

"If you have executive dysfunction, just discipline through it" is definitely a take.

This person just does not understand.

And whether patients are properly informed of the risks (I was not)
