They rebranded from TransferWise to just Wise not too long ago.

Indeed, they want to be a digital wallet, not just transfers. Bigger TAM.

With rates like they are, it's worth it to hold money. Family member used them just a couple years ago and they got emails saying they'll have to charge them if they don't move their Euros held there out within 30 days.

Any docs for migrating an existing Nextjs project? No rush but would be great to have :)

also had the same issue. Figured after the first page it would probably show up but I scrolled multiple pages and still nothing.

There’s a direct link on the article. It’s not available in my country though. Or at least that’s the error message I got.

Update:

“We're starting our rollout in the US and will expand to additional countries in the coming weeks”

Strength training gives meaning and purpose to every gym session for me personally. Look into Stronglifts 5x5 - it's 3 exercises a session and all you really need is a squat rack, so if you go to a proper gym they should always have one open. With proper form, nutrition and patience, you could go from squatting the bar to squatting 2 plates in a couple months. I've done some form of this on/off for around 7 years.

T3 stack - Typescript, TRPC and Tailwind (uses NextJS, Prisma, etc). This is the closest in the JS/TS world to something like Django and end-to-end typesafety can enable you to go blazingly fast. Copilot became pretty good at autogenerating my queries/mutations for me too which was nice.

Building with this stack right now, really enjoying it and more importantly able to move quickly as a solo builder. Supabase/Railway/Neon/Planetscale all good choices for hosted DB.

No one cares that hooks are "functional" - they care because it's a much better way to share logic across components vs higher order components.

Is $60 for a union made, made in America sweater really the comparison you're gonna make? Trump sells made in China MAGA hats for $50.

Please show where Trump sells MAGA hats made in China? https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/factcheck/2020/09/08/fac...

Plenty wrong with Trump but also so many lies told about him just to fundraise off of and bump up clicks.

I've got a red MAGA hat right here, that was randomly sent to my address.

It's got an American flag on the side, but no tag saying "made in ..." anywhere. You'd think if it were made in the US, it would prominently state that. Of course there's no way to know if it's an "authentic" MAGA hat personally sold by Trump himself (lol), but it seems to be a representative sample.

I'd been holding on to it hoping to think of something intelligent to do with it, but that became a lot harder after Trump doubled down on the ignorant pandemic denial and trashed the economy.

Kind of a self report if your ideology depends on using slurs, don't you think?

Your comment itself is a slur (this is true by virtue of me saying that it is true (as with your comment), which is how things work here on Planet Earth, 2022), so should rightfully be censored.

As a FE developer I appreciate the updates from HN when a bigger company releases something as OSS. It's nice to know what approaches others are taking to solve similar problems.
