love this

Thank you so much for your Feedback!

You should pay yourself replacement value.

What would you need to pay to replace the closest version to you at the stage of the company u are at.

Or what you would earn elsewhere.

"politics or cultural norms" this made me think twice. Thanks for this perspective

The internet in my belief has always been the infrastructure and foundational layout for setting the stage for what will become the framework for conducting the rules of engagement of a true one world nation

Step 1 was Effortless communication. (internet)

Step 2 Will be effortless currency and exchange of value with decentralized authority. (Maybe Bitcoin)

Step 3 Will be politics and authority protocol for decision making.

Step 4 will be to Establish a real defence program to protect all of the above.

The road will be ugly, chaotic, confusing, complex, but I really do believe that humans are racing towards establishing the 1st principles of survival, which is to identify 1st as a humans of the planet earth and 2nd as whatever other belief one might have.

I've always found huge success in the mornings and huge flops in the evenings.

Morning side-project hacking here too, even though I'm not a morning person. 5am your brain is fresh from sleep, there is no social obligations, no phone calls to answer, and you have a time limit for motivation so often plan your projects better.

This question strikes me as something I was searching for as well. About 3 years ago someone shared this with me and it changed my whole perspective of the "Life KPIs" I was monitoring.

Here it is:

"Life is not about happiness but rather the ability have purpose, to do something meaningful, and to have it matter that you lived at all. Keep adding value to the world big or small, and you'll never be short of gratitude."

I wont be prescriptive, instead, all I can tell you is that it's changed my life. I started optimizing for the above and haven't looked back since.

You could so some pretty cool stuff. Have you been hyper optimizing it?

Product shelve to sale ratios?

80/20 type optimizations on revenue by skus?

Traffic flow maps?

I'd love to hear some result or stories if you do end up doing some of this.

Doing some basic image processing and tracking customers flow through the store would be fascinating.

You could categorize what people are shopping for, how long, and what buying one item tends to mean for the rest of their shopping cart.

I'd read that paper!

Which paper ?

I was implying that it would make an interesting academic paper.

I am into consumer goods distribution, wondering how I could apply any of the above ?

Can you get into a little more detail regarding your primary business? I'd love to brainstorm? Whatsapp or Skype maybe?

If you can send me a mail , I would exchange cellphone number so that we can chat via whatsapp. My email address is in my profile.

Just looked at your HN profile and cant find a way to contact you.

Hey Mate, I've been into web development and ruby scripting as a hobbyist for 3 years now.

It has helped me significantly in my professional and personal life.

The best way to make meaningful contribution is to become a true beginner. It's hard work but will change your life. You will have an entirely new framework to pull on when thinking about problems.

I would start with something like Lambda School Machine Learning Free Mini Bootcamp and then let your natural curiosity take you from there.

https://lambdaschool.com/courses/ds/machine-learning/bootcam...

The journey is everything, dreaming is living, and toolkits compound creativity.

Rock on and I hope you help the world become a little bit better.

It seems as though this is only for creating ads.

Looks awesome. Have you used it? How was the learning curve?

You could say it's somewhere between Wix and Photoshop for user experience. Still point and click interface but much more granular in its features. Try a sample project and get a taste.

Then you can export what you need.
