Does anyone here know if there's a way to set SSL client certs with Headless Chrome? With PhantomJS I could use

  --ssl-client-certificate-file and --ssl-client-key-file

I've done some research into streaming video on a remote desktop for a project before and I've never heard of libfxcodec, can you go into more detail about it? I can't find anything about it.
