* hackerArticles.com ===> ERROR 403 FORBIDDEN errors - since Friday night 05 August 2011. Anybody else?

Strange. No matter WHAT STRING I ENTER, it ALWAYS creates the SAME robot. Is this site just a psychological experiment designed to collect user names??

Were you in Firefox, by chance? There was a difference in the FF evaluates the JS, versus Webkit, when retrieving document.form, so I switched it to getelementbyid.

Since this morning, "500 Internal Server Error" and "nginx/0.6.32" is shown on the [redirected] https://catch.com page. Is this more work by "those bad guys"?

I doubt it. First of all, it also works for me. Second, they've been targeting governments and similar sites. Third, there's a million things that could cause a 500 Internal Server Error before we should start jumping to conclusions about world-class organized computer hackers.

As of 04-January-2011: Android 1.6 has 7.9% of the market. Android 2.2 has 51.8% of the market.

Hey, I would like to see your app, but it is not found when I use "Android market" on my Nexus One. Perhaps your app is on another market place?

Looks it got pulled in the meantime. Oops. Looking at it now it says in light gray letters at the top "for docomo" so maybe it was some kind of beta that I accidentally downloaded.

Here's a link to author's blog - there are examples of using zxing library for generating the QRCode. HTH.

Install "Barcode Scanner" (available in the default android market). Open a contact (I am listed in my own contacts list), hit menu, select share, select Barcode Scanner, see a QR code on your screen that someone else can scan.

This is cool. BUT, it is sad that the Transcreen semi-transparent film material, which as large as it is in the video, costs over two-thousand dollars! - - Anybody got any ideas for a replacement to this five-layer film?

I want to know - WHAT di Babbage's analytical engine SOUND LIKE? Wouldn't this make an awesome sound effect for modern computers?

Google's blog should be read carefully. There are errors in this. ==> http://goo.gl/fpJsJ

Yes, this is what I saw. HOWEVER, when you run he numbers, you can NOT get the same values that Google represents. The value for "C" is WRONG! It should be 8338041. This changes everything. ===> http://goo.gl/fpJsJ

Uh-oh. No you didn't. The value for "C" is INCORRECT. ==> http://goo.gl/fpJsJ
