Dark mode please mate.

As an aside, one of my very nice family members like tarot card reading, and I think you'd get an extremely different answer for - "What's moon plus sun?" - something like I would guess as they're opposites - "Mixed signals or insecurity get resolved by openness and real communication." - It's kind of fascinating, the range of answers to that question. As a couple of other people have mentioned, it could mean loads of things. I thought I'd add one in there.

I'll just add that if you think this advice applies to you, it's the - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barnum_effect

I'm not sure this quite qualifies as a transcribing app if you need to pay and subscribe to a third-party transcribing app to transcribe the videos.

I picked ElevenLabs bc its the highest quality transcription model I found for my personal use case, but you can use with whatever you want. If you wanna open a pr and implement some open source or other providers, I would for sure merge it :)

Not trying to lock you in, I just wanna make it useful

This is going to sound very basic, but did you do it in a blank repo or did you use the cloned integration in Xcode, or a third thing I'm not thinking of?

I have had good success with using xcodegen and only a project.yml checked in. Claude can get tripped up on managing the xcode project xml.

However, before that, i set up a blank project in xcode, used the xcode github integration to create a new repo on github, set up one xcode cloud workflow and use it to push one build to testflight. That way, you get all the automatic config of app ids, profiles etc, and xcode cloud can not be enabled other way. Then tell claude to migrate to xcodegen and to run it in CI automatically.

I've started to develop iOS apps from scratch using only claude code web (no mac), by setting up a "Branch Build" workflow in xcode cloud, and a skill that teaches claude how to check builds and fetch logs.

Along with a workflow that pushes any merge on main to internal TestFlight, the dream of developing iPhone apps on the iPhone finally lives. I've tried most options for this over the years and they never stuck.

These are simple apps that build in 1-5 min on xcode cloud. For larger builds it probably won't work so well.

Not the OP, but I’ve had success starting with a blank app created by Xcode with the appropriate language/frameworks (ie something that will already run but does nothing). You then ask Claude to start from that point.

The only issue I’ve had is sometimes Xcode not ‘seeing’ new files that Claude has created along the way, and needing to add these manually into the Xcode project. (A Google around suggests this shouldn’t happen if you create the project in the right way, and yet it still sometimes does.)

This is a great idea, however, for the voice dictation app. They're very hard to get right, and the quality varies across them massively. I've tried both Wisper Flow and Aqua (the one I'm typing this with, which is, in my opinion, the best at the moment) - they're so exceptionally sophisticated that I think it would be very difficult to get right in a short amount of time.

This is going to sound strange, but I simply must decorate a few rooms. I seem to be so obsessive about selecting exactly the right thing in there in case it's wrong. I can't seem to select anything at all. If I carry on like this, I'm going to go another 10 years living in essentially an empty room with a bed in it.

Hey there Boris from the Claude Code team! Thanks for these tips! Love Claude Code, absolutely one of the best pieces of software that has ever existed. What I would absolutely love is if the Claude documentation had examples of these because I see time and time again people saying what to do in the case you tell us to update the Claude MD with things that it gets wrong repeatedly but it's very rare to have examples just three or four examples of something gets got wrong, and then how you fixed it would be immensely helpful.

There really should be a law around being able to access and review locked accounts. I've seen so many cases of people just losing their digital lives because of an automated system.

Regular old contract law will handle this fine. State a claim to a court and let Apple respond to it. It's not beyond the reach of the author to do this.

Because I'm apparently a billion years old, I still use Sublime Text and just text editor. If I do switch, it will be to this. However, is it as responsive? Do file changes just appear if I change them elsewhere in like terminal?

I have to say, i love this. The name is fantastic and the whole concept. It's got a very Game of Life or Monopoly feel where you've just taken the fundamentals of something in society and turned it into a game instead of adding an additional story on top. I really like it.

My one comment would be, I think you need to change the branding a little bit. It's a bit too close to Magic the Gathering, and this feels like its own IP and can stand on its own legs. So I think you need to just adjust the cards enough so they don't instantly read as a Magic the Gathering card.
